ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE PAYING YOUR BILL?

Let us help you find a solution.

We understand that the past few months have been a challenging time for many in our communities. We are committed to working with our members to navigate the financial difficulties and find a solutions.

The Kentucky Public Service Commissions’ (PSC) order to stop disconnections of electric service for non-payment has been lifted.

We understand some members may be facing financial hardships, and we are committed to working with you. We urge you to contact us as soon as possible, so that we can discuss a solution to bring your account current.

We have a variety of options to help you manage your payments. We will be happy to work with you in finding a solution that is right for you. A few of your options are below along with links to organizations offering financial assistance. You can contact them directly to see if you qualify for energy assistance.

Pay your balance.

You can pay your entire past-due balance by your due date.

Switch to Prepay.

If you have a deposit on file, this will be applied to your past-due balance. Monthly-billed accounts can switch to a Prepay account – if you have a security deposit on file, this is the best option to help pay down your balance. The security deposit will be applied to the past-due balance and, if more than the balance, as a credit to the Prepay account. If the past-due balance is more than the deposit, additional payments will be split with 70% going toward the Prepay balance and 30% applied to the past-due balance.

Call or email us to set up a payment arrangement or a long-term contract that fits your budget.
