By downloading our BGEnergy app, available in both the App Store and Google Play, you can report your outage directly from your phone or tablet. Once the app is installed, you will need your BGEnergy account number to set up a log-in if you haven’t already. If you need help with setting up your online account, send us a message here and we will be happy to assist you.
When you report your outage via the app, you will receive additional notices regarding that occurrence along with other specifics like expected restoration times.
You can also manage your account using the app. Make secure bill payments and view a graph of your daily electricity usage. Download the app for a full list of functions.
