We continue to make steady progress in restoring power after freezing rain hit across our service territory.

After starting our day today with over 3,000 members without power, we are down to 1,757 across ten counties.

In addition to our Blue Grass Energy linemen, we have additional crews from various cooperatives in Georgia as well as various contractors. At the peak of the storm, we had 120 individual outages and are now down to 88.

We do not have a complete restoration time for each individual outage at this time, but do anticipate all power being restored on Saturday. We will provide additional information on restoration as it becomes available.
