Effective July 9, 2021, the Member Portal website will be upgraded to better serve our members.
New upgrade features:
- Easier navigation
- Conforms to multiple devices
- Check if your power is on when you're not at home
- Report outages from the portal
- Select alerts for billing and outages
- Shows recent login activity
IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION
Our new Member Portal website has new security enhancements.
You may use the same username and password as long as your username is alphanumeric. (Your username must contain a combination of letters and numbers. It may also contain special characters such as !, @, #, etc., but that's not required.) If your current username is only letters or only numbers, use your full account number (ex. 999999-001) for your username the first time you log in. Once you log in, click on your name and "My Profile" to change your username. Your password can be any combination of letters, numbers, and special characters up to 128 characters.
Other than the login, there are no changes to the Blue Grass Energy app.
